Q: What is the cost of management by Philco?
A: We tailor our services to the individual level of needs of each
client and property so this is not a question that's easily answerable.

review of each property in order to suggest only the services that would

Q: What is Modular Management?
A: Modular Management is simply a dissection of all the services that
our
management company provides and then offered as individual services.
Whether your property is large or small, it may be best serviced by Philco's Modular Management. We want to offer un-paralleled
service at a minimum expense to you and your property.
Q: What is Package Management?
A: Philco's Package Management is simply a cost effect way of
combining several management services offered. This grouping of
management modules in a package, not only reduces the overall combined
fee but also brings with it services not normally offered as modules.
Q: How much time does Philco need in order to start managing my property?
A: In many cases, we can begin managing the property(s) the very next
day after an initial contact with the owner.

specific information would include a current Rent Roll and an Operating
Statement.
